| if I ran a restaurant I would have regular promotions, special events, free tastings, discount vouchers handed out during quiet times, etc., all to promote the restaurant and keep it in the public eye, it's simply not enough for a restaurant to sit passively in a place like Putney where there is so much competition, good food and good service go a long way but aren't always enough for a restaurant to survive, eg the Italian in URR. |
