I should have added another shop besides Marks & Spencer, where I find the assistants to be really kind and helpful and that is Husbands Chemists on URR. We started using Husbands for prescriptions, even though it is not as convenient as Boots.  We had a very bad experience with the pharmacy of the larger Boots store.  So because of the good reviews on this Forum, we switched to Husbands.  They provide a really efficient service and we do not have to wait around which always seems to be the case with Boots Pharmacy.  It is a shame because the sales assistants in the rest of Boots provide a good service.
