As Cllr Maddan states he will gather together a more comprehensive posting on this meeting later.  However, I attended this meeting and was horrified to hear that TW are proposing a road at the side of Putney Hospital to facilitate removal/delivery of goods that cannot go by  River. As the traffic and air pollution will affect all, the consultation should have included letters to all in Putney and Barnes, not just those within a 250yd vicinity of the proposed site. It may be wise to remember that all those affected are Conservative voters, these works are scheduled for at least 7yrs.  What with locals also going up in arms about the heights on URR new buildings, anyone want to place a bet on the Conservatives not getting into Thamesfield and East Putney at the next local elections if they don't get their act together quickly?
