| I notice this posting from a few years ago but was wondering if the man is back as the description of him seemed similar? I was flashed at yesterday at about 11.45am on Westhorpe Road in West Putney, very close to where these previous incidents occurred. He was about 5ft 8, medium build and dressed in a tracksuit and I thought slightly Asian in appearance. I had seen him walking towards me on the opposite side of the road but then he must have crossed to follow me. He then called out 'excuse me' exposing himself for when I turned round. I made a derogatory comment and then turned away and then he ran off towards Felsham Road. I have reported it to the police but please be careful, this is an area which often has many children around and it was a disturbing enough experience for an adult so I hope that it never happens when children are around. |
