| Mr Ixer 'Sue, a fundamental flaw in your argument. They're not criminals unless proven guilty - a fundamental principle of English law is they're innocent until proven guilty!' Well thanks for pointing that out for we who are less well educated and aware of the British justice system would not have realised that. These people if they believe they have a half credible case should not need legal aid as there seem to be hundreds of legal rights lawyers who would surely work pro bono. And they can rely on you 'progressives' supporting them on social media such as this Forum. |
