The behaviour of the Reform officials was also legal since it is not a crime to talk but it was certainly reprehensible. The idea that Farage received money as a reward for Brexit is rather fanciful, Michael. In the first place it was not Nigel Farage who brought about Brexit but the British people in a free vote. Secondly it is more likely that the money was given to Farage for what he might do in the future than what he did in the past. |
