| There are differences between the donations to Reform and the gifts to Labour ministers: 1) the Reform officials were subject to entrapment while the Labour ministers were not 2) the Reform officials only talked about donations while Labour ministers actually accepted gifts 3) the two Reform officials were asked to step down whereas the Labour ministers continued in office. |
