No, you are correct.
The first two graphs show information to 2025.  The third one states 2015 and that the DfT does not provide similar data for subsequent years.
The last one (The people it happens to are odler) indicates "Source: Ram, Green, Steinbach and Edwards, Journal of Transport and Health, 2022. Average age 50 for those hit by a cyclist, against 36 for motor vehicles."
