| The Iranians initially said they would only open the straits if the Americans withdrew entirely. Now they have opened the Straits in return for a two week pause. So that is virtually an unconditional concession. Yes, Michael, two weeks ago the Straits were open, but two weeks ago the Iranian regime had a navy, an airforce and hundreds of missiles with which to threaten Israel and other states in the Middle East and the murderers, now dead, were sitting comfortably in Teheran. |
