| Barbara..it says in the report " the man didnt have a plan to move it" As for locking him up that would be extreme but had he not moved it I would say he should be fined. But he moved it so that's a good outcome. Thought you'd be glad your Councillors were looking to save you money. Or are you just anti because Richard posted the article? Wish they were as proactive down here. |
