| Flytip! of course. Such an odd word and not something we necessarily use a lot. 'Flytipping' is the word that you see most often on the posters telling you how many thousands of pounds are the maximum fine. Probably more of us talk about 'illegal dumping of rubbish'. Most of us as householders manage to make the most of our Council Tax by taking advantage of all the services provided by our Councils - especially kerbside. Businesses of course are different as waste collection is not included in Business Rates. The different Councils' websites all give information. Well done Jo Rigby for asking the originator of the waste to remove it. |
