| That sounds very sensible David. Unfortunately the problem is only going to get worse. A cargo bike, much heavier than a normal bike, which had basically a metal bar way Infront of the wheel, ran a red crossing light the other day. This method of goods transport is completely unregulated. Unfortunately we are governed by people who think Spanish and the Netherlands laws are too Draconian. Perhaps a Brexit benefit for those that hold such views?? |
