Drivers are no better though - they swing around corners into roads at speed when they can have no idea at all of what might be ahead of them. They often also seem to think that the number on a maximum speed sign is the minimum instead of the maximum but depending on conditions! And as for them thinking they have some sort of right to pass everyone slower despite the width of the road and what the Highway Code says - well - words defeat me!!!
