| Negative as ever: in your keenness to naysay, you have missed out the huge cost of congestion itself: the estimated cost of people sitting idly in their vehicles, putting out polluting exhausts, is around £5.5 billion a year (https://tinyurl.com/mvttrse8). And it's getting worse as the number of vehicles on the road increases inexorably. |
