I agree with the small step in the right direction, but disagree that he has delivered on his manifesto.

It's worth taking a look at Oxfords proposed ULEZ. It is along the ideas that I proposed on previous threads.

£2 for 4 wheel 75g/km or less
£2 for 2 wheel greater than 0g/kg

£4 four or more wheels that meet the Euro 4/IV petrol or Euro 6/VI diesel standard.

£10 everything else.

I'm not suggesting the Oxford price structure is correct. The point is we could of had a more incremental structure in London!
