It is along the ideas that I proposed on previous threads. £2 for 4 wheel 75g/km or less £2 for 2 wheel greater than 0g/kg £4 four or more wheels that meet the Euro 4/IV petrol or Euro 6/VI diesel standard. £10 everything else. I'm not suggesting the Oxford price structure is correct.
