As the Common is now one big beer garden for the Spencer, why would the Spencer not take responsibility for the rubbish that they partly create? 

They don’t pay a rent for the common, they are getting a free ride. 

Would it not be equitable for the Spencer to fund the removal of the rubbish that the idiots cannot be bothered remove themselves?

And why not open the Spencer toilets on a socially distanced basis, given the issue of public urination that it now so obvious.
