Surely all that disgusting rubbish will now become trade waste that the Spencer will have to pay to have removed which seems very unfair. Empty bottles are lighter to carry home and cans when flattened are reduced in volume so bins and bags won't be so full of trapped air.  Providing bigger bins unfortunately tends to exacerbate the problem by attracting even more waste.  People need to take responsibilty for themselves and their actions and take it home.  It's lighter and less effort than taking it there in the first place!
