Not an issue that affects us directly, but I've been trying to find out whether the normal parking restrictions still apply: someone on Next door said unequivocally that "Parking permits are not needed at present what with the current situation. All parking restrictions are suspended until further notice." Sounds authoritative, but I went to the Wandsworth website to try to confirm, but all it says in the coronavirus FAQs is this: Is the Council continuing to enforce parking restrictions? - Yes. However, the Council is taking a sensible approach to enforcing parking regulations, focusing efforts where there is an obstruction or road safety concern. So are they still in place, or not? Anyone know? |
