I'd also like to know the definitive rule. Whilst my car has been sitting outside for best part of 2 weeks (must start it soon to charge battery), I will need to go into Putney later in the week. Traffic wardens are not "key essential workers" so one imagines are required to stay at home...the police can enforce irresponsible parking eg: double parking, blocking roads, parking on corners etc... As for the residents only streets one would like to assume that their cars are like mine in lockdown therefore spot secured. |
