Thanks, Jane - it'll be astrophysics, not much stargazing at the moment ... my visit to Greenwich Observatory last Saturday was thwarted by cloud and mist:

Jonathan, I think the answer is "yes" but that's because dark energy is accelerating it anyway, nothing to do with Brexit; it's another case of "follow the science" and not the politicians! However, it appears a mathematical solution to dark energy has been developed by a Swiss Professor at Imperial College - another great example of European scientific collaboration ...
