| http://www.wandsworthccg.nhs.uk/localservices/Treating%20minor%20health%20conditions/Pages/default.aspx Copy and paste to see the info on the cuts in services being made in order to get us to take more responsibility for self-care and reduce the NHS' costs ie which MINOR things we should be getting info and help from pharmacies for rather than automatically first going to the GP. If you need more help it is still the GP's Surgery (or Ambulance service if it is an emergency) you should turn to eg if you are yourself a carer and are going into hospital and you have no family to look after whoever you are caring for and they can't manage on their own... There is a lot of info on this website together with the charities and voluntary organisations which can make our lives more liveable. |
