The fact that people here haven't ever been polled is somewhat irrelevant, given that, with an average opinion poll sampling around 2,000 people, any individual's chance of being polled is something like 1 in 30,000, or around 0.003 per cent. And pollsters are much less simplistic than seems to be assumed, having developed sophisticated modelling techniques into estimating participation rates, propensity to vote, etc. |
