Unfortunately I'm not in to social media (don't know how!), so it will be a matter of sharpening the quill pen - yet again.

But when you hear it on the news and they highlight diverting rivers, putting the M25 in a tunnel (which we who've followed this for years already know)it sounds completely bonkers beyond belief. it's like deliberate self harm. Utter madness.

I've just sent to Brokenshire my objection to the Levellers Court proposals for the nth time. I seem to spend so much time objecting to plans to damage Putney's (and my) quality of life. And on this I can't forget that when the developers of the eight storey building on the other side of the High St were turned down twice by the council, they appealed to the then Mayor or London who overrule the council.

Of course, he was that thoughtful, trustworthy, reliable, decent chap whose name momentarily escapes me.
