I have just received the "consultation" document. My clear impression is that it has been designed specifically to make it difficult for citizens to produce coherent responses to the overall plan. Evidently they hope we shall not have the energy to make detailed comments. Then they think they will be able to argue that citizens showed little interest in the project and that therefore it should be allowed to proceed. In other words, they are throwing dust in our eyes. I shall be expressing my views regarding this appalling development in other ways, including social and other media, and I suggest others should do the same.
