Dear TFL

Enforcement of Virtual Barrier - junction Dryburgh Road / Upper Richmond Road, Putney, SW15

1.    How many fixed penalty notices were issued between  Monday 1 April 2019 and  July and Friday 17 May 2019

2.    What was the total of the fines for the above dates

I live reasonably close to the junction and the lack of enforcement by TFL is self evident, motorists routinely ignore the signs. In a few minutes this morning I took these pictures. You can see that pedestrians and cyclists are exposed to vehicles driven by idiots who don’t think the signs apply to them. 

I am copying this email to your colleagues at TFL traffic enforcement. At some point there will be an accident, it is simply a matter of time.

The lack of rigour by TFL in enforcing the junction will largely to blame.
