I agree with you Michael. We all know how shambolic the whole Brexit negotiations have become. I can see no reason to continue saying obstinately that 29 March is the day to leave the EU when today we have no clue as to what it all really entails. If I purchased an airline ticket to wherever, my choice, but when I get to the embarking lounge at the airport I see that one wheel on the plane is broken, I will not board that plane even if I already have the ticket. The parallel? My choice = vote to Leave. Broken wheel = shambolic Brexit. Postpone Brexit until such time we have a withdrawal agreement that is appropriate for the UK and supported by at least 80% of the population. A leap in the dark is absolutely unacceptable and irresponsible. |
