| Since putting this on the young lady who was meant to send the form didn't then spoke to a young man who did. He couldn't see the young lady had sent form. Was annoyed spoke to manager Clair told her the young lady didn't sound like she would send it and I was right. Just been rung to say my cheque could possibly have been thrown away or left in envelope. So I've just paid over the phone. Had to ring Nationwide and cancel cheque. What a Cheek. Need better staff at council. |
