Vic, I am not familiar with 'Frankies' but if a restaurant want to have a good and healthy business, they should focus on quality, price and service. If you dont provide all these this will be a disaster. You can't charge something pricey without delivering t he expected value. Look at Nandos..it's cheap, it has an ok quality, but you don't expect more..you know what you get. if you go to Enoteca Turi, you know that you gonna pay but you expect the service to be goodm the food to be good.., it's all about expectations. I also believe that location plays an important role, but not the most important. And it really suprices me when i see people spending fortunes to open a restaurant but they dont pay attention to the 'details' that drives this business... |
