| Planning approval was given in 2007 (2007/1300) with approval of the conditions during 2008. The scheme is for 14 residential units and 5 commercial units for office space with some off street parking and an on street bay for a new car club following a local petition. The scheme continues the terrace on Deodar Rd rising to 13.2m on Putney Bridge Rd opposite Carlson Court. The approved development is one storey higher than Carlson Court and the school.
