| Have to agree with Nigel re Wardo. I asked them to replace the disc pads on a car and without authorisation (they had my contact details) they replaced the pads, AND discs AND hoses, so quadrupling the cost which then exceeded the value of the car! On another occasion I reluctantly agreed for them to replace 2 tyres, for which they gave me a price. They replaced 3 tyres then whacked on additional charges for fitting and other extras. Now use Brown & Watts and happy with them. |
