No, just by the sewer collapsing in the back of Spencer Walk itself.  It was an easy thing to solve, but unfortunately Thames Water lost the original maps of that area when they took over so it took them months to find out where the collapse was.  This was compounded by them having no database that could connect the different incidents.  Thus contractors would turn up totally uninformed about the situation, do all the same things as the previous contractors, make recommendations that were not logged or followed up, and so on.  A chapter of accidents.  This must have wasted them a lot of money, as well as p*ssing us off no end.  That could have been well spent on a water pump for the other problem we are hearing about on the forum.
