Barbara, what annoys me is that there is usually only one member of staff to deal with the 2 sections of the self-service tills. Yesterday, I was stood there very politely trying to attract the assistant to help me, but she was a long time helping one person. If the tills aren’t manned by staff anymore, then there should be 2 assistants on the self service sections. |
