It is that a hypothesis is put forward, tested and then is proved by it being repeatable with the same result. Has net zero been thus proven ? That is why there is a 'debate over when': so much of the so called evidence is opinion and conjecture. Two weeks ago doom mongers like you were saying "woe is me" because it had not rained for a few weeks. Now it does not seem to have stopped ! At least you are not yet predicting the next Ice Age ! |
