Yes I have read this as well, sooner the better might stop some of the Putney traffic.  On another subject about 3 weeks ago residents with cars in  Chelverton rd, we were asked to move vehicles and signs put up on the lamp post, also signs actually put on the pavement as well. Move your vehicles from 7am to 4pm. Well vehicles were moved. This was for drain cleaning. The joke is nobody had even turned up by lunch time. I rang Wandsworth Council, a young girl said we don't clean drains. I rang thames water not them, because young lady said ring them, they said ring TFL I rang them they only do the red route. Wasn't ringing anybody else, at 2 pm they turned up. Guess what Wandsworth Council lorry, would you believe it. But after the drains had been cleaned. They still smelt disgusting. Does anybody really know who does what.
