The Police caught a young man outside Tesco's in Putney High Street, but when I then walked round to Sainsbury's Werter Rd, there was another Police car, the lady on the till said it happened in there. He had a girl with him as well and was being really abusive and throwing things.  He was (----) had no shirt on, unless the Police asked him to remove it.
