The reason that Farage will not be prosecuted for incitement is that he didn't incite anyone to riot, any more than Keir Starmer, when he said in Parliament that the killing of George Floyd had provoked 'anger and a burning desire for fundamental reform', had incited the Black Lives Matter riots.
