| I find it virtually impossible to heed Jonathan Calloway’s New Year plea for courtesy in respect of your contributions to the Forum. Apart from one topic, Israel, on which you hold, alas, genuine but highly prejudiced views, it seems to me that your main motive in posting opinions on the Forum is to show off - by continually starting new threads (6 on this page), hijacking other people’s threads, contradicting whatever has been said by the last contributor, asking faux intelligent questions (though never answering questions yourself), quoting at length from (selected) published sources and so on. Your contributions on this thread illustrate many of these traits - hijacking a thread about Keir Starmer to bring in Nigel Farage, contradicting Robert’s point that much of the EU’s support for Ukraine is in the form of loans by quoting a long excerpt which in fact shows that Robert is right, accusing Sue of Starmer Derangement Syndrome when you yourself make a serious accusation against Starmer, namely that he is complicit in a right wing plot led by McSweeney to ‘gut’ Labour. I think you should heed Robert’s advice to step away from the keyboard for a while. |
