The Harp Guide to the best British pubs for a pint of the black stuff has been published for the first time and includes nine pubs in London. The guide highlights pubs that stand out in five categories; quality pours, welcoming atmosphere, strong community, great service, and a genuine love of Guinness. More importantly, The Bricklayers Arms has made the grade. I fully endorse their inclusion in this list; the Guinness is excellent. Go on a Thursday night for the trad session from 7:30 and catch some of the finest Irish musicians in London. By the way, leave yer 'auld politics at the door and have some craic for the sake of Jaysus!
