| Extract below from the Putney news article (link in Ivonne's post above). Why do they waste money on these stupid surveys instead of collecting proper data and doing a bit of modelling? Are they creating gridlock by design? Or is it just incredibly consistent incompetence?? "..Local councillors have confirmed that no updated traffic modeling was carried out before the changes began – meaning the scheme was based on traffic volumes measured before Hammersmith Bridge closed in 2019." |
