| I remember her well from my youth when I used to share a flat in Commendable, opposite what was then a hospital, and Jilly and Leo Cooper lived in one of the big houses nearby. Saw her every day, giving her dogs a run on the common. I bought the Sunday Times purely for her brilliant articles. Never knew her personally but it's still a sad loss. |
