Mr Ainsworth Only someone of your ilk trying to show how clever they are could look for the worse in what most seem to think is a small step forward in a search for a Middle East settlement. You that is and the Guardian and the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas who seem rather peeved they might have to return  the women, children and elderly hostages they hold and the corpses of those they murdered in their 2023 genocidal pogrom on Israel. Rather than snide comments on the efforts of others, what suggestions do you have to resolve the conflict or are you waiting for the Guardian to tell you ? And do you still hope for the replacement of Israel and its Jewish citizens by Palestinian Arabs ?
