It all seems to be coming apart at the seams for this government. Where is economic growth going to come from? If the Minister of Investment is throwing in the towel a few weeks the government makes a pitch to investors from around the world, what kind of message does that send out? Exactly, a very depressing one. I don't know, this country seems banjaxed. I suppose my question is, who could begin to deal with it? I don't see anyone up to the task. At this stage, I would be delighted if all this government achieved was voter reform, at least we would begin to move past this type of broken politics. It would force parties and politicians to work together in a more sophisticated and effective manner. Depressing stuff indeed! |
