Hi Mike
Perhaps I should have been clearer. My reference to being at school referred to the fact that at school, if you were asked a question, you would surely feel an obligation to answer it? People on public fora are under no such obligation and are less likely to respond if the questions are rhetorical or expressed aggressively. Nothing whatever to do with Free Speech.
