If the wee wannabe Bonaparte was seriously committed to helping the U.K. he could deploy dozens of police or other law enforcers to strategic disembarking points along the coast in order to deflate the boats and arrest the traffickers. I realise this would be a very costly operation but Stanley Knives are cheap and we have already paid the French £700M for doing bugger all. Alternatively Cooper could send her latest invention, the Border Security Command (BSC)?? over to do the job themselves.
