| @Michael No I didn't forget to add alleged, it was deliberate. The full video footage which was posted after the heavily redacted version which was initially uploaded by the family, clearly shows the whole incident. This clear evidence is what the CPS has based its decision on today. If the evidence is good enough for them, it's surely good enough for me.😺 When it becomes a legal requirement to use the word alleged in all cases, I will of course comply. |
