I was hoping I could maybe collect some from Chelsea Town Hall as RBKC still uses the much better old stock (also orange), but you have to prove residency. My next thought is whether anyone knows the manufacturer of the old stock - I'd happily pay not to have to use these new tiny flimsy things. The only alternative, when the sacks run out, is simply to put all our recycling items in black sacks for landfill, which seems a nonsense. Or would WBC accept clear sacks, as these are readily available commercially and the refuse collectors would be able to inspect the contents. Anybody know?
