WBC will undoubtedly get Section 106 agreements but it will not be used on capacity for transport etc. WBC are not responsible for transport. To add insult to injury the government is offering WBC over £8,000 per flat. The Gov'ts New Homes Bonus designed to encourage more permissions is to be launched immediately. That is why these proposed developments are so high and so dense. This money is unringfenced so what chance of any of it getting spent on Putney's infrastructure? It would appear to avoid Putney residents getting "stitched-up" completely by WBC is by objecting to these planning applications. |
