Does anyone know if these new developments are obligated to pay some sort of contribution to the local transport network? I am in the process of a Freedom of Information Request to TFL for stats on overcrowding on the tube from East Putney up to Earl's Court in the peak hour (8-9am). I hope to monitor the impact that such a population influx brings. I'm all for economic development, but if we don't have a sensible planning regime that is able to accomodate increasing numbers of people then we need to get that in place before moving forward with such large developments.
