Yes, please find 10 minutes to pop into the library Saturday morning 10 to 12.30, have a look and tell the developers what you think of their Capsticks plans. 15 storeys on this site is too high in the opinion of all the neighbours and local residents. Local opposition works: the application for high rise to replace Tote House, which was turned down repeatedly, has now been withdrawn. Current owners will content themselves with the more modest scheme approved a few years ago. So do not miss the chance to see and comment before an application takes shape that will be unacceptable to Putney residents.
