Ms Guy 'As I have just written on the other thread, I would like guidance from the government on what women can do to protect themselves.' The government should not have to guide women as to how to protect themselves. The problem is the men involved. The attitude behind the content of this leaflet is a variation on 'victim shaming', The Government has the responsibility to protect women and not leave them to cope with the problem. And the best way of doing that is to clamp down heavily on the illegal immigrants of an alien culture that are coming into the country and carrying out these attacks. Giving them a leaflet explaining how they should behave in our society itself proves they should not be here in the first place. And is embarrassingly puerile. I doubt if many of these immigrants can speak English let alone read it and few will take any notice of its contents. Ship them out to Rwanda if that country is willing to take them or better still send them straight back home and ignore the ECHR.
